2017 Branson 3725H
I'm thinking of purchasing the Branson 3725 with industrial tires. The width of the tractor is important because I had a Kubota L35 which was 60" wide so all the attachments I have are 60" wide. the information on this tractor says the width is 60.2". The Dealer just informed me that is the measurement of the Chassis only. The width with the industrial tires outside to outside is 69". He doesn't have one on the lot to check so I was wondering if there is an owner of a new 3725 out there that could verify this measurement for me?

Thanks pal but I look at that awhile back. It shows the wheel base which isn't what I'm looking for and when it shows the width it says 60.2". I'm looking for a 3725 owner to verify the dimension of the rear tires outside to outside.

My 3725CH is just a few inches wider than my 72" box blade at the rear tires. My box blade is actually 73" wide, so I'd say my rears are 75-76" wide from outside tire sidewall to outside tire sidewall. I have the industrial R4's on mine, and they are filled. Don't know if that affects the sidewall width, but if it does (being filled I mean), it can't be much.

ROPS 3725s come with the "IND-20" wheel+tire package. There's an optional IND-30 set that's larger. They completely fill the fenders. Those come on the larger HP models like 4720 and maybe 4225. I'm not sure if the cab models of 3725 get IND-20 or IND-30. The IND-20 and IND-30 rear wheels are two piece and can be assembled/installed in different ways to get different widths. So the answer to the width question there depends on how they're set up.

Since I operate on slopes I got the smaller IND-10 wheels that come on the smaller engine 20 series for a lower CG, and added 2" spacers to the rears. Width is about 68" at the tread. The bulge of the sidewalls adds a couple inches on each tire. Depending on what you're doing, "width" could count either of those.

I'm using a 5' rotary cutter. It's definitely smaller than the tire tread. I selected it for manuverability as I'm currently mowing a number of small areas. Once I have cleared more brush and have larger areas to mow I'll get a wider mower.

Thanks for taking the time to help me out guys. Looks like I will be buying much bigger attachments. I could go with a smaller tractor but I really want the HP.

The IND-20" is a 2 piece rim? That's good info, I saw that on some other models but I didn't think that rim was on the 3725. I think I asked that question at the dealership and he said it was a one piece rim on the 3725 but he may have been misinformed? If it is a 2 piece that would help me get the width down more to where I need it. I have a flail mower and the width of the tractor being a couple inches wider won't be a big deal. My snow blower, that is a different story. The wider width will be packing a couple inches of snow beyond the blower and that don't work well at all.

This forum thing is cool!

Looking at the 20 series (3520, etc) brochure:

IND10 rears are 43x16-20

IND20 rears are 420/70x24

IND25 rears are 16.9x24

The 25 series 'sales features' PDF on the Branson website (I don't have a 25 series brochure) shows 420/70x24-6 rears for all tractors (same as the IND20 option in the 20 series brochure). Branson surely allows IND10/20/25 type options for the 25 series like they do on the 20 series (as Eric said). Also like Eric said, only the IND10 rears have the welded one piece wheel.

The Branson website says the 3725CH comes with Ind-20's, as do the non cab versions.

Branson Tractors - 3725CH

Looks like the 3520 series comes with the same.

This is probably just the "standard" rim set. It sounds like you can order it with other size/rim options per Eric's order?

You can order any size tires on the Branson tractors but might be a small surcharge. Only if you order the whole tractor. Or pay for new wheels and tires for your existing tractor.
