3PH restrictor plate

What is the restrictor plate for? I saw it on my B3200 being delivered on Friday.

Just where did you see a restrictor plate?? Maybe a picture would help.

This pic is from Tom's B3300 but mine has the same thing.

My guess is it should of came off at the dealer. I see no reason for it other then to lock lever in place for shipping. Maybe check with dealer or manual and see if can find it in there.

Do you have a backhoe? Someone mentioned in another thread it is to lock out the 3 point lift if you have a backhoe installed.

Yes, It's for locking out the 3PH during BH usage......
