3point sinking

looking at a 2010 jd with jd loader,loader is hooked up to remotes on ear of tractor.Question is with a small back blade attached it will sink to the ground with the tractor running.Don't want to buy if this could be a major problem.Any advice would be appreciated.

Needs the lift cylinder rebuilt. Not sure how big a job it is on that tractor but can be a pain. I would call a dealer and see what a estimate on the repair would be.
