Sounds like my mower. I understand Rotec made the Master mowers for normal, clockwise PTOs...mine is a 5-foot model. The deck is blue..close to Satoh Blue, and the hitch, wheel arms and belt cover pans are white. I think they may have also made a mower to fit a counter-clockwise PTO as well. Maybe even a belly mower, too. Rotec is out of business, but it was bought out by a company called Art's Way in Iowa. Their phone number is 712-864-3131. Parts dept extension is 227. They may have some of the original parts in stock for you. I bought a set of blades from them two years ago. they had a very strange setup: in addition to being a counter-clockwise cut (even tho my PTO is clockwise...I know!) they don't have center holes. Each blade has two offset holes for nuts/bolts. No idea how you are supposed to sharpen and balance them, but they work good. These decks are extremely heavy duty.
