3pt hitch won't come down

Ok, had a little snow last night so decided to fire up the ck30 w/ 3pt blade.

Now, up here in Canada its -11 out but last fall I changed out the hydraulic oil to Mobil Synthetic hydraul fluid, good for year round use...so lifted the blade to drive it out of my cold storage shop,let her warm up some then tried to drop the blade.....nothing,lever linkage was moving ,all good there but the blade wasn't moving, stepped off and applied my body weight to it,still nothing....ran the tractor until full operating tem...still nothing..

So was wondering what the heck could be wrong here?? I noticed is was very slow reacting last time I plowed,but this time ...nothing!

Well, after posting the above issue I remembered that flow control knob under the seat so just went out and cracked it open a touch,sure enough it works as it should!!! dang winter boots!!1 I must have knocked it jumping on/off the tractor....love winter...:laughing:

Yep done it myself once, worked hard all day pushing dirt, went to shut down and the ballast weight would not go down, It was dark by then, and it took my tired mind a couple of minutes to figure out what was wrong. Must have hit it with my foot sometime that day. Glad you got it fixed.

The knob location sux for any human.
Kioti should put a recess into the plate the knob extends through now, and make the hole the size of a cup holder so the operator can access the knob when they choose to, not by accident.
