Spreader 3pt spreader for BX? what can it do/not do?

Thinking about a herd m-96 or KK xb...will it do salt, sand, seed and fertilizer? How wide or narrow will it spread? I have about 1.5 acres of grass and I would also like to do lime but I can use pelletized if needed.

Fertilizer, lime and maybe driveway salt would be the normal uses and if I needed to I could skip the salt.

For something that small in acreage why not use a small spin spreader that will work behind a riding mower? I can fertilize an acre with a $250 Deere spreader in about 20 minutes or less. I do use a larger 3 pt spreader for larger fields but the smaller spreader requires a lot less lifting height and is easier to use.
