3pt. won't come up with attachment connected (New Holland TZ22)

My 3pt will not come up with attachment connected. With no attachments connected the 3pt will come up, but not all the way. At least not enough to press the valve back to the neutral position. When I manually put the valve back to neutral the 3pt will move down. By the way, I can prevent the 3pt from coming up with minimal pressure by putting my foot on it. All other hyd components seem to be working normally. Fluid level was normal. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Either rockshaft piston seal is blown or relief valve is leaking. I would suggest checking pressure with a gauge.

A similar thing happened to my Kubota L275DT a few years ago while clearing snow with the rear blade. I managed to get the blade disconnected and tractor home. The 3pt would raise slowly but had no power. I had the dealer haul it 40km for repair. They later called to ask what was wrong. It was working fine! They figured something had blocked the relief valve open and it shook loose on the ride in. He said it wasn't the first time a tractor fixed itself on the ride in.

It was still working fine when I traded it in a few months later (and I did tell the dealer about it).
