3X13 Metric Woodruff Keys

Hey Guys,
While I'm tapping into the forums knowledge, anybody have a source for metric woodruff keys? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif I ordered some two weeks ago and still nothing. My tractor is down hard until I obtain one. Sheared the key on my hydraulic pump. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Not sure what that means. Have you contacted the place you ordered them from? Are they ignoring you? Are they out of stock from the factory or factory parts? I'm sure there are several dealers on these forums who can get woodruff keys, or definitely http://www.southern-global.com/.

I ordered them through National Supply Source. They are a huge group of mechanical supply companies joined on a common web site/catalog. They can't tell me who is filling the order, just that it's been filled. I have a confirmation/transaction number, that's all. I will give your place a call. I also ordered rebuild software for the hydraulic pump from another place but they can't submit a parts order until they have the $50.00 minimum. The o-rings and seals were $20.00 so I wait. If they can't tell you when the order will be filled, cancel the order and refuse the charge on your credit card. It sounds like they charge you and might deliver the goods some time.

Yes, I agree about canceling the order and getting the money back. In the mean time my tractor is still down. I'm not really worried about the $0.75 (plus shipping) I'm out for the three woodruff keys . I just need to get the tractor working again. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
