3x20 Skid Plates?

Been out tinkering in the woods...clearing up scrub and such, mostly just to add some more lawn to mow. And I was wondering this last night...is there a bolt on skidplate either from JD or the aftermarket which goes under a 3x20 series machine?

Nuru, I was kinda scared myself about that after reading post after post about those things happening. But I think it boils down to dealer setup....the day I got mine I put it in the garage and went under it with the creeper...every wire, harness, hose, etc.. under mine was securely zip tied nice & neatly....
Prolly because when mine came off the truck from Momma Deere it was the dead of winter...Technician prolly milked the setup of it all day long to stay inside where it was cozy & warm...

Mine went in for a warranty fix and when it gets back, it might have a MMM on it, so I will be looking at the bottom of the unit to see how exposed I am.

Nothing under my 3520 seems vulnerable. The setup must have been pretty sound. The front steering hydraulics seemed the most exposed, but I've logged off serveral acres now without incident. The hoses are above the cylinders...I suppose I could back over something big and take them out from behind; the front axle blocks most everything from frontside. The only thing I've ever got hung up on a stump is the draw bar reciever. I did have a stick penetrate way up under the cowling and knock off the serpentine belt. I saw the gauges go funny pretty quick and went looking for the issue.

There are pictures of my skid plates on my 4720 under JD Owning/ Op with the title of "Re: skid plates for 3x20s". I paid about $800 for the full length plate in 2005, best investment I made after my FOPS. Any good welder should be able to make them.
