Have a 1959 ford 641 tractor< have separated tractor to repair noise in transmission.Found brgs down on input shaft and front main shaft brg, question is can you replace race in back of input shaft?

I don't believe you can. I think you would have to replace the shaft. Is it a 10 or 15 spline shaft?

that year would be fine spline. unless of course some's been in there.. etc.

Yes I'm sure you could have it machined and use an oversize bearing or maybe have it machined to accept a new race.
Chris, off the top of my head I was thinking it was '59 for the 10 to 15 spline but it was '58 X01. Although easy enough to switch things around if somebody wants too.

yup. I've seen some inconsistencies in break points. but those could have been exagerated to other people being inside the tranny too!
