If you have Harbor Freight, they sell one for $5 although the quality leaves something to be desired.
If you get it, be sure to put it in DC Volts. If you put it in the other settings you could short out the unit (usually blows a fuse -- but still, be careful).
You would want one around the house anyway.
My son has a 4 wheeler that the battery terminals and clamps will corrode within four days after being cleaned, so much that it won't crank. Surely this is not normal. Anyone know why it happens, and what can be done to fix it?

I might be off topic a little, but is it the right battery? An ATV battery should be sealed and of the gel type. A regular tractor style battery cant take the impact.
I realize some folks save money by buying the cheaper style because an ATV battery is expensive. Mine costs about 130 bucks.
