The repositioning creeper drive control is located at the rear of the right fender console, just to the left of the operator when in the backhoe operating position. Controls include motion-direction buttons and engine-speed control buttons. The motion alarm sounds as soon as motion is initiated.
The operator must be seated in the backhoe operating position for the drive system to activate
Here is what I have seen so far.
Larry,
Don't know what you think but I would much prefer the set up on the 110's, very simple and effective.
Steve,
I tend to agree... but, this is a step forward for owner's of cabbed 4000 tractors. This option could really help to minimize the "on/off again and back and forth" business with a cab!
Was it last year that Deere finally offered a fixed thumb for the 485 backhoe? Progress comes slowly...
Who knows - with the advanced electro-hydraulic options now available - maybe they'll design a hydraulic thumb? With 3000psi working pressure!!
12' digging depth - and @ 3000psi working pressure - the loader would be close to the M59, too.
A guy can dream... can't he??

I should have been more specific, I meant that the momentary rocker switch and thumb lever operated speed control are hard to improve on. Works flawlessly imo and much better to use than the push button arrangement pictured.
About the new tractors I would be inclined to think Deere has a new tlb on the drawing board. The question is when it will be announced and what will it compare to? So far I don't see that many people buying the M59 or the prior 110, not sure about the L45. All three of these are great tlb's though and a factory cab would add cost but would be a real plus imo.
I like the 310 size machines too but I don't wan't to have to transport the thing. Overall I am satisfied with the 110 and Laurin cab, using it on a job today.
