4100 hst for sale

A friend called me about this tractor today. 2001 4100 4x4 hst with fel, mmm, 4' bush hog. The unit only has 174 hrs on it and he will sell it for$12,200 I believe this tractor will be to small for my needs but was considering picking it up for resale. Is the price that good? Does anyone know if this unit will handle A 5' bush hog? The owner says its 22 hp, the jd web says its 16 hp. Any thoughts?

Its a 20 HP gross 17 pto machine actually
Its a good machine all around, with a reliabilty record thats hard to beat....for that price you probably wont make a profit on it if you decided its going be a resale item.

The 4100HST is 20hp. gross/ 16hp. PTO. The 4100 gear is 17hp. PTO.
