4110 mahindra 4wh dr.

I have a 4110 mahindra 4wh. dr. manual shift with suttle. It pulls fine with the frount wheels but does not pull at all from the rear wheels. The pto also works fine, please send any help to "nathanlveach@gmail.com. Thanks
