I took delivary of my new 4110 this past tuesday and have a few questions for those with them...

I have a handle on the left fender, but not the right, there seems to be holes there that have plugs. In the manual, when showing a picture of the rockshaft lever, there is a handle. My dealer is getting me one FOC. I am just curious if this is normal?

My loader seems to leakdown about 1 foot per hour sitting with no load, and engine off. Also the buckets cylinders seem to have alot of freeplay in them (the pistons feel spongey, I can move them in/out about 1 inch or so) My guess is air in the system, is there a bleeding procedure?

Any suggestion where to put a cupholder and a small toolbox to hold extra pins and clips? I wish they made the fenders wider to cover more of the tires(R4's) and added a cupholder and glovebox like the 4210's and up have. My tires are only about 1/3 covered.

Other than these small problems, I love this thing, I am sure glad I stepped up from the 2210 I was going to buy!(although I would have a cupholder! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif)

To bleed air from cylinders should be able to extend the cylinder fully, then retract fully. Do this several times without stopping in mid-stroke.

I mounted one of the folding JD cupholders on my 4110. I found I normally exit the tractor from the side without the joy stick for the FEL control...so I mounted it on the oppisite side on the fender almost down to the floorboard...folds up flat when not in use. Wish I could post a picture because I am not the best at describing things /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I have an older model 4100 so not sure if I am qualified to answer but can tell you I have a rightside handle and in fact use it often. its osmeplace to put your right hand when backing up using your left to steer.
And my FEL bucket will leak down too, probably about the same as yours and has been doing this for a few years now. It has not been an issue with me, I think as long as you are aware it will happen. When not in use, the bucket is normally stored laying on the ground anyhow.
Can't help you with bleeding, not aware of any specific method to do it; you might ask the dealer although the earlier post about stroking the FEL seems appropriate.

On my 4110 there is a level on the left hand side fender (viewed from sitting on the seat) that controls the 3PH. It has an adajustment knob that you can pre-set.
