Unfortunatly, my sister is getting a divorce. They have a 2004 model 4110 HST(20hp,17PTO) with loader, 60" belly mower with 175 hrs. They also have a lightly used JD 4ft rotary cutter and 4ft rear blade. What would be the ballpark worth of this package? I went to tractorhouse.com and I'm guessing maybe 12,500-13,500 range?

When you consider a brand new 2305 with a 200X loader, 62"MMM, rear blade and 4' cutter will sell for about $15,000 (without any research) and will have a new equipment warranty and more power then no, I don't think you can get that much.
It is unfortunate but this 2004 model is now 6 years old without warranty, and you can't offer someone a good finance plan either. I would think $10,000 is more likely what it would sell for.

I'm going to agree. They may be able to start around 11ish........... but may even need to get more agressive to move it. At least from what i'm seeing in my area.

The 4110 was the predecessor to the 2320, not the 2305. Tractor House is a solid bet for a pricing estimate. The 4110 has a rock solid reputation and this one with 175 hours should garner a good resale price. -Jeff

I did not say the 4110 was the predecessor to the 2305. I don't even like the 2305 much, but when people are out looking for their first tractor and a new one is available with 0% financing and warranty, more horsepower and new tractor smell it makes a BIG difference.

I was not trying to offend, so let me apologize for the misunderstanding. I was only saying that the 4110 is more tractor than the 2305 and if comparing to new, one should compare against the 2320 and not the 2305. This is assuming the prospective buyer is looking for a 4110/2320 size machine and is not in the market for a 2305. Not that I am biased toward the 4110 for any reason.

Jeff, no problem its just that while the 2305 is smaller it can be readily financed and comes with a warranty. This makes older tractors close to its size harder to sell, and for the most part this is a lawn mower, and having more horsepower sells too.
