42” hydraulic tiller on JD X540

Hey all,

I’ve got my 42” hydraulic tiller mounted but now it won’t lift. I know I am missing the lift rod at the back but is that all the problem is? I’ve attached the tiller drawing with the piece I’m missing as well as a photo of the back of the tractor. Any help would be appreciated.

It will not lift without that linkage. I can't tell from photo if anything else is missing or not.

Where can I take some more photos of that would help?

Better views of the lift arm mechanism would help. I presume item #1 in parts diagram is there since it is lift linkage going to the tiller while you have circled goes to the tractor. If like my front mount blade the one pin in that link is a pain to access.
