Are the quick attach the same? I am looking at buying another 4400 hydro with a 420 and selling mine 4400. I have a 430 loader and was going to switch them before I sell my other one.

Should be no problem.. make the switch before letting your 4400 go down the road, just to be certain the mounting frames bolted on to the tractor frame are the same. A check with jdparts.com may confirm that they are the same part numbers of not. Appears they are the same for both FEL's. There is a difference right from left, and can be mixed up..

Your OP sounded like you already have a hydro. But having hydro (HST) with a FEL is as good as it gets, IMO.

x2, the control on my hydro 4300 with 430 loader is awesome. I can do pretty precise stuff with it, lining up holes when putting a bed on a truck, etc.

Don't scare me like that.

The "E's" have been very reliable overall, some rare issues with the wiring under the pedals from brush damage, and there is a engine speed sensor that can fail but it's cheap.
