I have a 4200 that will crank but not start. After reading a number of dicussions I figured out that the termistor (sp) might be bad. Sure enough jump the relay and it starts. So, I ordered a new one.
Problem is that with the new termistor installed it still won't work. If I jump the relay it works still. Any ideas? Shouldn't the thermistor be closed to start with? Does it need to be installed a certain way?
Thanks, Chris
