Ive got a 4210 with the sync shift transmission and about 1300 hours on it.

It seems like its kinda difficult to get into gear sometimes. Like the clutch isnt fully disengaging, and it kind of POPs into the gear selection. and If I dont pull ALL the way to the end of the gate for 2nd, it will stay in 1st. And sometimes Reverse is like 3rd gear forward.

Any way to tighten that up, or make it so its not so sloppy?

Ive poked around, and checked it out, but im not real educated with these tractors.

Thanks!
