hi all,,i need your help,,,i ve a 2000 4245 with 12 12 tranny,,was working great,,then begin to loose reverse erraticly,,1 time by week approx,,
then 1 month later ,,no more reverse,,,i ve try to work with it many day/week and reverse dont want to work anymore,,,,when i put the reverse,,,the parking brake light is flashing,,,,
we have looked for shorted wire ,,,ohmed the solenoid ,,,and some basic electric test
checked every fuse with ohm meter
in the fuse box,,,1 place where unused,,,we installed a fuse and when the problem is there ,,,a little led started to flash 4 time then 2 time,,,,wait approx
5 seconds then start again 4 then 2
so i was thinking that maybe it could be a fault code 42
it s where i m now,,,waiting for your help to try to find my problem
by the way ,,i ve already use the help of the massey dealer here who charged me over 800$$ to told me he can t find the problem
i know he have try the little black box close to the steering with a new one ,,,but didn t changed anything
