425 coolant leak at crankcase cover?

Hi everyone. I have a coolant leak in my JD 425. It has 20hp Kawasaki engine which was built in 1995. The leak appears to come from the crankcase cover gasket. There is no coolant in the oil. Is it possible or probable to have a leak there without oil contamination?

Never mind. Once I pulled the water pump, I could see how the coolant got there without contaminating the oil.
