425 Variable Volume Pump 2003 Model

Ok, I know this info is in a couple of posts but for the life of me I can稚 find them right now.
I want to check the main pump or variable volume pump to see if it is leaking at high fluid temperatures.
What should this pump be putting out at high temps?
What port can I use to hook into?
I know I have seen a post that indicated the pump name and model number and location that it can be purchased, any help on this?

I tried to open the limk, but could not.

PJ, I would think you could test the pressure at the bleed port for the pump, or the output for the wheel motors. May be one and the same. My output hose has a 1/4 in fitting with a cap on it for output, fwd and reverse hoses.

I also tried to open the link to no avail.
Tuesday I plan on testing the pressure and the wheel motor output is a good idea.
I'm almost postive that I will see a reduction in pressure when it gets really hot. At this point I will probably try and rebuild the pump as the cost of a new one is probably high.

If you have the NT10 tram pump, with # 21 in the model number this is what I extracted. There data is in bars, and I converted it to psi.

I would do all test at the pump if convenient.

Peak pressure 3046 psi Relief valve setting
avg 2446 psi
boost or charge 217 to 362 psi
suction vacuum 23 psi

I would take some readings when cold or before it warms up if possible. Then run it for a while and take some more readings when hot. Now would be a good time to add tee fittings with screw on connections, or QD connectors for the gage. Install the tee's in critical areas to just plug in a gage and measure psi.
