Does anyone have the actual specifications of the 430 loader? I've seen the following listed, but i'm not sure if the maximum lift capacity listed is at the pivot point, or measured forward of the pivot point (usually 19.5")?

430 Loader (For 990, 4300-4400 and 4310-4410 Tractors)
61" (1550 mm) Materials Bucket
Quik-Tatch Parking
Quik-Change Attachment
Mounting Frame
Hood Guard
Specifications Meet ASAES301.3
Specifications for 4300-4400
and 4310-4410 Tractors:
Lift Capacity - 1258 Lbs.
(572 kg)
Breakout @ Pivot - 3299 Lbs.
(14676N)
Lift Height - 101.4" (2575 mm)

Rollback Angle - 30 Degrees
Dump Angle - 45 Degrees

The 430 owners manual says Lift Capacity on 4300 tractor =

1258 lbs "To Max Height at Pivot Pin"
1943 lbs "To 59 in. at Pivot Pin"

Thank you for your replys. I'm looking at purchasing a 4410 w/ 430 FEL, and I want to run pallet forks on it so I was wondering how powerful the 430 is at lifting.

The 430 loader is a good match for the 4410. If you wanted to pick up more, then a bigger tractor would be needed (IMO).
I have the pallet forks on my 4300, and ballast weight is the limitation.

What weight are you expecting to lift with the pallet forks?

For larger pallet weights, I put the forks on the 3 ph iMatch and double the weight capacity I can move (just not to the height or reach of the 430 FEL).

Yes, the 430 loader does work well with the 4410. This tractor is equivalent to the newer 3520 as far as power and the 430 loader is really close to the 300cx loader.
If you go with forks for the loader, go with the Deere QA forks. Clamp on forks (for the bucket) are adequate for limited loading, but their weight, plus the weight of the bucket (61" standard duty bucket weighs over 200 lbs) really cuts down on your payload.

Since Kubota 2350 was nice enough to post a link to the loader manual, pay particular attention to the ballasting requirements. They aren't kidding...you need that weight on the back!

I have a set of MF 1500 series pallet forks I'm going to weld the JD QA brackets to use with the 430.
