This is just HID headlamps. All LED lights off.

I find this to be a waste, but I guess it looks cool. I was going to do the same thing since I am missing bulbs in my 4300 but once I added LED's on the rops I decided to spend those funds elsewhere. How do you like your deck mounted lights that point at the loader, are they any help?

Definitely not a waste, it's all about how you use it. Headlights are brighter and I have long distances to drive the machine during night hours. It works great! Side lights flood sides and under bucket well working in dark.

I think you can't have enough light. The brighter the safer you are. Just think about the road crew in the highway. The lights they use are so bright you think its day time a 11pm at night.
I have side lights, ROPS lights, back work lights, and head lights. Sometimes I think I need more lights.
