while plowing snow the other day i moved the tilt on my steering wheel and the lights went out, headlights and warning flashers, blown fuse, easy fix. turned on lights again flashers are ok headlights blow the fuse, i figure its a short on the switch under the dash panel. has anyone ever had to disassemble this? it looks like i would have to remove steering wheel, signal light switch, ignition switch and maybe the side cowlings and lower panel where the fuse block is. probably not a good winter job with all of that plastic.
