Does the light go off when you turn the switch off?

If the light turns off then the solenoid is stuck. If the light remains on its the switch.

Had the same issue with my TC40DA HST last week. Lifted the front end off the ground with the FEL and shifted back and forth a little. Was able to shift it into 2WD.
