Last night I noticed the MFWD is staying engaged on my 4310. The light on the rocker switch comes on when engaged and goes off when not engaged but it stays in four wheel. I did not have a chance to look at it last night so but since the light comes on I'm guessing it is not a blown fuse and that it is a wiring issue. Does anyone have advice on where to start or where the solenoid is that actuates the four wheel drive?

There is a solenoid for mfwd. I think it fails to mfwd engaged if the solenoid fails or the connector/wiring fails.

On the 4310, when the MFWD solenoid looses power it engages the MFWD. Look under the right side by where the hydro pedals are. Look for loose or pulled out wires. Seems to happen to alot of tractors after woods or high grass work. The wires get pulled down.
