Price Check 4330 Price check?

I'm considering a tractor for sale by an individual, here are the specs:

'03 L4330, GST, 4X4, LA853 FEL, 6' Rhino shredder, 900 hrs.

Tractor is one owner with 4 months of warranty remaining.

He's asking $16,000.

Is this a fair deal? I've priced a new tractor around $22,500.

If machine looks good appearance wise - no abuse and serviced properly, it would bring that figure quickly around here in NC.
