44\" Z-force blade removal

Ok. I've had mine for about a year now and I have finally got around to changing the blades but I cant remove these bolts to save my life. I've tried everything I know and I'm afraid I'm going to break something (besides my arm). I want to use an impact wrench but I can't find a 1 1/8" socket unless you spend mega bucks. Anyone have an easy solution to this? This cant be THIS hard. I've removed blades from other mowers before with no problem.

A breaker bar or a box-end wrench and a few whacks with a mallet always works for me.
