Well I tried everything I could think of. Including pulling it forward a little with the truck. Rental guy came out this morning and it messed with the nuetral safety switch connected to the hydro pedals and it started right up. I tried jumping the PTO safety and pumped the hydro pedals back and forth. I should have thought about jumping the pedal safety too. Of course now I'll have to take another day off because the tiller was on reserve for someone else today. Thanks to everyone who replied.
