The loader sure is easy to take off and put on. The mower is easy but not as easy. Don't need any tools for either.
Time for the loader is 3:15 including caping the hyd.
Time for the mower is 9:15
The times will improve with experiance.
I don't plan on taking the MMM off as much as I do the loader. The wife will be using this to mow with (and the 345) whem I'm out of town. The blue thing is a hyd jack I used to lift the deck after I moved it out from under the tractor. Its unbelievably heavy. The only way I'm going to get to the blades on this thing is by using the loader to stand it up.
Great pics! Super looking place, and not a half bad tractor setup...
Do you have any more pics of the top-n-tilt that show the control, etc? I am thinking that it would be a nice addition to mine, just curious as to the setup....

Jimmo, Thanks. I have a 4400 w/ 3rd, 4th. 5th, remotes and thinking about T&T. Use a quick hitch so don't know if it is worth it. Seriesly concidering 4in1 bucket. MMM is easy on-off, just a little longer time on ground verses concrete.
Sold the 4310 downsized to a JD 2320 - Purchased from K.C. Canary (HRT) in Fultonville, NY
Great looking setup! I've had my 4310 for almost 1 year and have never taken the loader off... it's funny because one of the things I liked about JD was how quickly you can change attachments! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
I have taken the Backhoe off twice and it is getting faster each time but I have not come close to the 5 minutes they claim /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif... I'm sure with experience I will /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I have the quick hitch (I-match), and if I also had the top-n-tilt, I would then fix my forks to also quicktach to the 3pt. I think this would be a handy tool (forks on the back as well as be able to use them on the loader). I could then stack more firewood on the pallets if they were carried on the 3pt, I think.
