I don't understand the problem> I have a 4300 with the 59" blower and no problem with the cylinder hitting or breaking. You are right that the cylinder will only go one way, the hd line is on top.it has down pressure on the blower.
It has a floot, but will go below lever doed not hit or breaks. It is not mounted on the tractor I try to get a picture of it tomorrow. DPR
