My 445 was running fine, Wife drove it down from the barn fine, Went out a bit latter to fire it up and was acting like it ran out of fuel. Worked on it for a bit and pulled the plugs and cranked it and it pushes out a bunch of fuel, Cant get it to dry up. ??

445 is EFI so either the fuel pressure regulator or the ECM is possibly causing flooding. Check for spark also.

I would think the regulator is fine as I hear the pump then it kicks off when the pressure is reached, We have spark also.. have no way to check ecm

Hate to say it but it needs a dealer visit.

How does Kish know that?

Remember this is EFI which means a computer is controlling all engine functions. Without it going to the dealer to get either JD's or Kawasaki's software to talk to the engine management you do not know what to look at. He might try to get the flashing codes but he is not saying anything about an engine warning light on. He says it has spark but the engine is flooding. Why? the computer is saying to the injectors to without it catching spark to fire.

The only thing the OP can do is check all grounds, battery connections. Air flow, so he can check the air filter and air box on the engine.

Could be a simple stuck injector. Just because it’s fuel injected doesn’t mean the backyard mechanic cannot diagnose and fix it.

The 445 has lots of expensive parts related to the EFI system.
None of my electronic parts have failed, but I did have to replace the wiring harness for all this.
This is not an easy job.
You really need a service manual to help with this.
But do not buy a service manual expecting to learn everything you need.
In my experience SM's only give you a starting point.
They never seem to answer all my questions.

I would suggest you be SURE it's firing properly.
If a plug misfires for only a short time, it will flood the engine putting gas in the oil.
And BTW after this the oil almost HAS to be changed ASAP.

That time delay when you turn on the switch allows the pump to pressurize the line.

I don't have one. Does it have an O 2 sensor? These symptoms could suggest an O2 sensor on a fuel injected auto.

No oxygen sensor.
I think it has a pressure sensor. Sensor-Pressure_Comp.jpg
