445 no spark

Have a 445 with no spark to the plugs. I read a lot about a spark delay module but I cannot locate it on this model. The parts catalog does list on for a 445. Do all 445 have this module? Or do I need ignition module?

There is a s/n break at 70000. Are you above or below that?

More info about the reasons for your suspicions so far would help. (beyond "no spark" )

AM128906 is the common time delay module. If you have it, it is near the left rear corner of the engine shroud. Earlier ones were more square.

In the service manual it is shown in “the component location figure” of the 425 but not the 445.
Wonder if you can locate it by following the small red wire off the starter solinoid?

it above 7000 on serial number, I do not believe it has a delay module.

Am assuming that number is not 7000 and yours is above the break of 70000.

Adding the Ignition Circuit Operation for the over 70000 s/n that may give some pointers to what might be involved.. also some basic stuff like the PTO switch off. You can decide if the ignition delay module exists.. or if the delay is handled another way (I am not sure).
