The stabilizer cylinders on my 447 backhoe are weeping a little bit of hydraulic fluid from around the cylinder rods. I probably lose a couple of tablespoons a day, but the leaks are there. It appeared soon after a dig that slid the tractor forward (from the hoe seat point of view) a foot or so. It is just about impossible to dig up a stump without rocking the boat so to speak. I am being too aggressive with the backhoe? Or is the weep normal?
