4540 41hp or 45hp ??

OK, while doing the 200 hour valve adjustment on my 4540, I had the muffler off to gain access to the valve cover and noticed a sticker/plate on the valve cover. It has all the engine info on it, such as EPA #, Model #, Rated HP, Valve lash, etc. Something that caught my attention is the sticker read 41hp at 2,600 RPM for rated power!!! So is the 4540 a 41HP tractor or 45hp tractor?

Hello James. Here is what I have on this. There are 3 hp ratings on these and they are;

Gross hp-----45
Rated hp-----41
PTO hp-------39
