4610SU year of manufacture?

I'm not sure the year of manufacture but the serial number is C714573. My search comes up with 1984. I need to know before I order a manual.

Built somewhere in the first half of 1984. Post the unit code and we can break it down to the day and shift it was built.

Jan 4, 1984 second shift. But the S/N you give is well past that of the one I have listed as the beginning number for 1984. Is that unit code for the tractor, or a component such as the engine?

I got the code from the metal plate fastened to the underside of the hood covering the battery. The were codes for the engine,axle,and something else. The one I posted just had UNIT in front of it. I would know more about the tractor if I had bought it from the original owner. I bought it from his son. For what ever reason his dad had removed the foot feed. Is that part still available?
