I do not know how the joystick linkages on your Kubota hoe work,
but on my hoe, they are shimmed up so they don't bind. One was
damaged in shipping, causing one joystick to bind up a bit. At first
I thought I had a sticking valve or 2, but it was just the linkage.
Also, you seem to have a PTO pump and reservoir. They can easily
get contaminated fluid from sitting outside and all the air they have
to suck into the breather.
