4700 - DOA - steering kaput - Dang!!

FINALLY! - they just retruned the tractor - $660 worth --- I am totally disgusted with JD on this -- now see on another posting that someone else is headed down this same road and I am aware of another unit in the area surffering from same lack of parts.

I can understand what the problem is. I know that if one of MF's warehouses don't have a part that I need, my dealer will pull up stocking dealers and have the part in a couple of days from one of them. Maybe you need to contact JD direct, if your dealer doesn't pull one for you off the lot.
