Good evening TBN!
I have been trying to track down a pesky electrical gremlin in my 4710 e-hydro system and for the longest time could not figure out why my tractor didn't have a flywheel sensor. Well, it finally dawned on me while looking at the parts diagram of the harness that there were two harness part numbers, for tractors made prior to and then after 10/31/2003. The harness for tractors built after that date does not include the connector for a flywheel sensor. The tech manual I was so kindly given by joecdeere (Thank you again!) has a publication date of 2002, so it only shows the wiring diagrams and troubleshooting for tractors with the flywheel sensor. The latest revision is from 2008, so I am hoping someone here may have a PDF of the newer manual that they could donate to my cause.
