Bill,
For an experienced operator the self leveling feature is not required, it becomes second nature. For inexperienced operators the self leveling feature is priceless. My wife uses the small tractors more than I do so it was worth the investment for her.

Hey Ron, now that's one kick looking tractor! I was going to order mine with the skid steer style qa for the fel but ended up going oem,,,,,, well we all make mistakes! Enjoy the tractor, after all nothing runs like a deere.

The front QA is really built well, its all cast and has the retractable pins covered to keep dirt out. This is a nice feature. You have not lived until you have to beat on the pins and pull the handles at the same time!

Nothing runs like a Deere, <font color="green"> but that green paint sure is expensive! <font color="black"> LOL

What is the advantage of the verticle exhaust? Nice machine. Hope one does not have to rob a bank to pay for it. The green gods are smiling. Where is the top and tilt ? This is my favorite option.

Joe,
Hydraulic top link goes on tomorrow with the quick hitch. The vertical exhaust does not stir up the dust or hay. I do not like running the under exhaust in the hay barn for fear of fire.

Can you tell me about the quick attach?
Is it the same connection type as "skid steer"?
Finally, do they make one for the 300CX?

Yes it is the same as a skid steer. I am relatively sure that they make it for the 300x.

Ron; I see your point with the verticle stack. Been a while since I left the farm. I agree, the top and tilt should be standard equipment. I have it on my TC 45 D but not on the deere. It is hard to live without. May have to do some cylinder sizing and adding remotes. I don't want to try out a new 4700 series... it would only lead to argueing with the dealer and a loan at the local bank.
