I have done a bunch of those deere and Kubota are very similar , I use to do them with the knuckle still on the tractor laying on my back , that's not the easy way pop the tie rod off and take the 4 bolts out that hold the assembly to the axle housing , and take it to the bench . when ordering the seal also order the bottom plug . you can lighten the assembly by removing the 10 bolts are remove the hub .it has to come off anyway , when you pop the plug out and look its self explanatory snap rings and a gear. the older smaller tractors use a spanner nut with a locking tab washer .
