4835 New Holland Traction-Lock

I have a 1997 2wd 4835 w/cab. I twisted a rear axle and off to the dealer she went $1250 later i get er back...the trac lock works a couple of times last winter then stops lighting up or working completely. When you throw the switch the red hyd failure light comes on for a nano sec and you hear the relays and the click of the actuator behind you but no punkin' it wont work. Given the high profitbility of a cow/calf operation here in the smokies(LMAO) another trip to the dealer aint happening...Help
