After noticing that my phone wasn't picking up a 4G signal for a couple of days
, I first drove to where I knew had good 4G service (next to the tower) and all I got was 3G. Thinking that I had accidentally deleted something or changed some setting, I restored my phone to "as new" condition which removed all of my setting, programs etc. Still no 4G. I finally broke down and went to the Verizon store. They looked at the settings and saw nothing wrong but said that it could be a bad SIM card even though the phone operated normally except for the lack of 4G.
They programmed a new SIM card and all was good:thumbsup:. I wish I hadn't gone to the trouble of restoring it to original. Now it will take me a couple of days to get everything back the way I had it.
