There's 3 hoses per valve, and an additional tank drain port for the external PB circuit (when connecting between the two valve bodies).
I bought these valves 3 years apart from each other. Rather than putting $250 on a shelf and buying a 4-spool, I decided I'm rather fond of my stick location for the stump grinder controls, and I got the second 2-spool valve for $200 shipped (new) through Amazon Warehouse Deals because the box was damaged.
