While being frustrated trying to change the innertube today on the front tires, which are 7.00-16 chinese ones (e.g. not original), I was looking on tractordata.net and say that the Bolens G294 TractorData.com Bolens G294 tractor information which is the 4wd version of the TS2810 uses 12.4x24 tires in the back, like mine, and 6-16 tires in the front.

The chinese tires were new when I bought it earlier this year, and they've already got wear on the edges a good bit, so I'm betting that isn't the right size and they end up turning faster than the rears. But I guess its possible they could be a bit small.

Does anyone know?

Otherwise, I guess I have to set up a tachometer on the front and back, jack it up, and figure out the ratio between the two, or something like that.

7.00-16 are going to be significantly larger in overall diameter than 6-16.

My G194 takes 6-14 front R-1 tires. I could get on ebay a set of 6.00-14 very cheaply but they have a much bigger diameter than 6-14 which are about just shy of 25 inches in diameter.

I've even talked at length with Firestone/Bridgestone USA about this and they could find no 6-14 R-1 tires any more in the USA. So we're forced to go with Indian, Thai, Chinese, etc. tires.

If your G294 calls for 6-16 in front that is what i'd go with. I guarantee that 7.00-16 are way larger in overall diameter than 6-16. You should be able to find them in the EU as Iseki is more common over there.

Hope this helps.

The problem is, I don't know 100%, because mine is a TS3510. But I've just realized I'll have to jack the tractor up completely in the air (or more, set it on a bunch of wood blocks), and make something to count front and rear wheel rotations. At a tire place here, they told me that if I find out the front-back ratio, they have tables of which tires match up.

Crappy Chinese tires have held up, but prone to getting thorns. Recently did some googling of my tractor, found an advertisement with one for sale, and in the photo it is possible to make out that the front tires are Hankook, as are the rears (on mine the rears are Hankook). Given that this tractor was made in Korea by TYM under license from Iseki, pretty sure Hankook (Korean manufacturer) are original tires, so front ones apparently should be 6.00-16
