Is it a HST or Standard Transmission? If it is a HST I would use the Kubota SUDT and if it is a Standard I would use the Kubota UDT or equal.

If this is a 50 hour service, does mean your tractor is fairly new? Your operator's manual is valuable tool. I highly suggest you spend some time with it. I would guess that @ 50 hours, the recommendation is for filters only, not full fluid change, which saves you some money. Refer to the operator's manual and it's service recommendations for maintenance schedule.

Kubota SUDT is speced in the manual. Personally, I use a generic UDT equivalent (from Sam's Club at ~1/4 cost of SUDT) in my L4200GST, which is pretty much the same machine. SUDT performs better in cold weather, so it's the by-the-book replacement for you, but I haven't had any issues using the cheap stuff.
