Had 4 bolts on the front end of my 2010 5035 come loose at 80 hours on the meter.
My dealer consulted the factory rep and they replaced all 4 (under warranty) due to the original bolt shoulders being too short. Dealer support was above and beyond in getting the problem solved!:thumbsup: Thanks Levi!
The red arrow in the first pic shows the new, brass colored bolt as seen from the right side, aft of the front axle. The same bolt on the left side needs to be checked/replaced as well.
The second pic shows both replacement bolts as seen from the front of the tractor.
I'm not sure if the 2011 models and / or other -35 series tractors would have this issue or not.
Recommend checking them.
The .psd files are not opening for a couple folks. Will post the same pix later today/tomorrow in .jpg format.
