5035 Owners-check this

Had 4 bolts on the front end of my 2010 5035 come loose at 80 hours on the meter.
My dealer consulted the factory rep and they replaced all 4 (under warranty) due to the original bolt shoulders being too short. Dealer support was above and beyond in getting the problem solved!:thumbsup: Thanks Levi!



The red arrow in the first pic shows the new, brass colored bolt as seen from the right side, aft of the front axle. The same bolt on the left side needs to be checked/replaced as well.

The second pic shows both replacement bolts as seen from the front of the tractor.

I'm not sure if the 2011 models and / or other -35 series tractors would have this issue or not.
Recommend checking them.

The .psd files are not opening for a couple folks. Will post the same pix later today/tomorrow in .jpg format.

Oops! Didn't realize the .psd pix would be a pain for some to open. Won't do that again!

The first pic is a view from the right side looking at the backside of the front axle / driveshaft. The bolt that was loose is in the upper right portion. The same bolt on the left side was loose.

The second pic is a closeup of the first.

Third pic is looking at the center of the front axle from the front. Only one bolt was loose, the dealer replaced both as seen on both ends of the "yoke".

FYI, there were lock washers on the original bolts, but they backed out due to the bolt shoulder being too short.

I just noticed this post and checked my bolts this morning. They had 30mm hex heads and were all tight. Thanks for the heads up.... and keep them coming..!!!!!!!!!!
