5040 Allis-Chalmers with ( added recently) b-hog 2400 loader hooked to rear hydralics

hydraulics control handle has to be held or tied back for loader controls to work ( 3pt hitch control won't work w/hy control tied back) loader very slow and seems very weak with a full load in 5 ft. bucket, would like to have a better set up than this, possibly another hydraulic pump and reservoir somewhere , any ideas?
